New menu bar

The account menu has been redesigned, and the whole site has been brought in line - from the home pages and the customer view, to the organiser dashboard, and even the admin panel.

To accommodate this, some things have found a new place and a new order within the site. We hope the changes will significantly improve navigational usability all-around.
