Refund Policy Settings
Clearly communicate your refund policy to your customers.
You can choose to review your refund requests case-by-case (the current default), a strict 'no refund policy', or a more flexible refund guarantee if the customer changes their mind in the run up to the event.
Customers will have the refund policy clearly displayed to them at the checkout stage.
We'll remind them of the refund policy they agreed to if they choose to submit a refund request, and we'll remind you at these moments too.
